By accessing or using ScreenMenu (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. ScreenMenu is operated by Ghost Printings ("we", "us", "our").
ScreenMenu provides a digital signage platform that allows restaurants and other businesses to create, manage, and broadcast editable menus and video slides to screens, including Amazon Fire Stick devices. The Service includes a management dashboard, public screen links, and offline playback capabilities.
To access the Service you must create a restaurant account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and PIN. Subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Premium) are billed monthly or yearly via PayPal. Yearly plans receive a 10% discount. A one-time setup fee of $30 per screen applies and includes Fire Stick app delivery and onboarding.
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment fails, your account may be suspended until payment is resolved. Screen limits are enforced per plan; additional screens require a plan upgrade.
You agree not to use the Service to display unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or offensive content. You retain ownership of all content you upload and are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to display it. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Ghost Printings and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service without permission.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Internet connectivity is required for content updates; offline playback depends on prior caching and device capabilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghost Printings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
